Have you ever looked at photos or movies or TV shows from the sixties, seventies, and eighties? Invariably, one of the things that often jumps out are the changes in styles, including hair styles. The Bee Hive, the Dorothy Hammill, and the Rat Tail were not only trendy, but had names as strange as some of the styles themselves. So, what does that have to do with the church in Corinth or the church today?
As we’ve seen throughout this study in 1 Corinthians, the believers in Corinth had many disagreements and chapter 11, they disagreeing about the cultural custom of head covering.
This week, Pastor Clay finishes up our discussion on verses 1 through 16; helping us understand what was going on in Corinth what it means then for the church in our culture today.
