Crossroads (Week 19) - 1 Corinthians 7:1-40 (Part 3 – Verses 17-24)

Contentment is an elusive feeling in our world. Even in a country as prosperous as ours, contentment is still hard to come by. In fact, it seems like the more people have, the less content they are. Could it be that contentment has nothing to do with what we have or don’t have?

This week in our Crossroads series, we’re in the middle of 1 Corinthians chapter 7 where the Apostle Paul turns his attention to the overall idea of contentment. Earlier in this chapter, he talked about contentment as it relates to marriage and singleness. Now, he shows us how contentment can be ours, regardless of our circumstances.
